Authors should prepare submissions according to the official AI-DEFIT formatting guidelines. All papers will be peer-reviewed (double blind) by experts on the Technical Program Committee. Detailed submission instructions, templates, and submission system link will be published on the IIKI 2026 conference site.
Submissions to AI-DEFIT 2026 are made through the Microsoft CMT online submission system.

Submission Categories
AI-DEFIT 2026 solicits the following submission categories:
Full research papers (describing original and unpublished work)
Short papers and position papers (significant work-in-progress or visionary ideas)
Special session proposals (thematically focused collections of papers)
Workshop proposals (half- or full-day events on emerging topics)
Submission Process
Create a CMT account at the conference submission portal if you don't have one already
Log in to the CMT system using your credentials
Navigate to the "Submit a Paper" section
Provide paper title, abstract, and keywords
Select appropriate research areas and tracks
Upload your manuscript in PDF format
Add all co-authors and their information
Submit your paper before the deadline
