IEEE Conference Style Format
IIKI 2026 requires all submissions to follow the IEEE Conference Style Format with page size A4.
This is the standard format used by IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) for conference publications and ensures consistency and professionalism across all submitted papers.

Author Guidelines for Double-Blind Review
Submissions must be prepared for a double-blind review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscript does not reveal their identity.
1. Anonymization of the Manuscript
The manuscript must not include:
- Author names
- Affiliations (institutions)
- Email addresses
This information must be provided separately via the submission system.
2. Self-Citations
Avoid revealing identity through self-citations. Use neutral phrasing:
- Correct: "As shown in [1] ..."
- Avoid: "As we showed in our previous work [1] ..."
If a citation clearly reveals authorship, it should be anonymized or temporarily removed (if allowed).
3. File Metadata and Properties
Before submission, ensure that:
- Author information is removed from file metadata
- All comments and tracked changes are deleted
- No hidden identifying information remains in the document
4. Acknowledgements
Acknowledgements, funding, and project references should be removed, or replaced with: "[removed for review]". They can be added after acceptance.
5. Projects, Institutions, and Funding
- Do not include information that may reveal the authors' identity (for example, project names, labs, or institutions)
- Use general descriptions where necessary
6. Supplementary Materials and Links
Ensure that supplementary materials are anonymized:
- Repositories (for example, GitHub) do not reveal author identity
- Links are not tied to personal accounts
- Use anonymized or temporary links when needed
7. Writing Style
Avoid wording that discloses identity:
- Avoid: "At our university, we developed ..."
- Correct: "In this study, we developed ..."
8. File Naming
Use neutral file names, such as paper.pdf or submission.docx. Do not include author names or affiliations in file names.
Peer Review Process
All submitted papers will be subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
Each paper will be reviewed by at least 2-3 expert reviewers.
Review Criteria
Papers will be evaluated based on:
- Originality and novelty of the work
- Technical quality and soundness
- Significance and impact of the research
- Clarity of presentation and writing quality
- Relevance to conference themes and scope
- Adequacy of references and related work discussion
Research Ethics and Compliance
All authors must adhere to the highest standards of research ethics and academic integrity. Violations of these standards will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the authors' institutions.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
Mandatory: If artificial intelligence tools (including but not limited to large language models, generative AI, ChatGPT, or similar technologies) were used in the preparation of this paper, this use must be explicitly disclosed in your paper.
- Specify which AI tools were used and for what purposes (e.g., literature review, writing assistance, data analysis)
- Explain how you ensured the accuracy and originality of the content
- Take full responsibility for the final manuscript
- Failure to disclose AI usage may result in desk rejection or retraction of an accepted paper
Plagiarism and Academic Integrity
Zero Tolerance Policy: IIKI 2026 has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and other forms of academic misconduct.
- All submissions will be checked for plagiarism using advanced detection tools
- Proper citations must be provided for all quoted, paraphrased, or referenced content
- Self-plagiarism (reusing substantial portions of previously published work) is not permitted
- Submissions with significant plagiarism will be automatically rejected
- Confirmed plagiarism in accepted papers may result in retraction and sanctions
General Ethics Requirements
- Ensure all co-authors have agreed to and approved the submission
- Disclose any conflicts of interest relevant to the research
- Obtain proper permissions for use of copyrighted material or datasets
- Follow ethical guidelines for research involving human subjects, animals, or sensitive data
- Provide accurate funding and affiliation information
Conference Presentation Requirement
Important: Papers accepted for IIKI 2026 must be presented at the conference by at least one author to be included in the conference proceedings and final publication.
- If an accepted paper is not presented at the conference, it will not be published in the proceedings
- At least one co-author must be registered for and present the paper at the conference
- Conference registration is required for all presenting authors
- Non-presentation will have no further impact beyond exclusion from the published proceedings
